Selling Partner Abuse is hiring an Applied Scientist who will research and develop innovative machine learning based approaches to predict the near-term future. We are working on cutting edge research and we support Patent and publishing papers. The Scientist must understand deeply about Machine Learning methods and love deploy solutions at scale.
Our team is the science team for catalog abuse detection and prevention. So, we work to detect attempted and existing abuse in the catalog. In terms of science methods – team works with text based methods, active learning, graph methodologies (e.g. GNN, propagation), supervised/unsupervised methods, and work with image data as well.
MS in Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Math, Operations Research, Economics, or a related quantitative field + 3 years experience or BS + 5 years experience * Demonstrated experience and success in leading large-scale projects. * Track record of developing and implementing models and visualizations using programming and scripting (Scala, Python, R, Ruby, and/or Matlab). * Experience using various forecasting, optimization and statistical tools for queue modelling, shift planning, service level optimization and communicating results, plans and/or risks clearly.
