The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel (these areas include Restaurant, bar, in room dining, food service, and may also include assisting event services). Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting, training of colleagues to ensure luxury brand experience is met, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as, all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.


Salary range for this position is $43,900 – $61,400. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
