Our client is looking for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to cover their Southeast Territory. They are a reputable US company that manufactures a commercial exterior building material product.
The primary function will be to bring in new business by calling on commercial and industrial GCs as well as calling on architects to get products specified (by doing AIA presentations). TSMs handle entire sales cycle from finding/meeting clients, takeoff of project, send estimate of cost, prepare agreement, close sale, place order, follow up after delivery.
Requirements:
Clean and valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within assigned territory.

Seasoned Candidates:
A road warrior who thrives at being on the road and in the field, face-to-face with clients.
Have a book of business with commercial GCs & architects.
Have sold commercial exterior building materials.
Must know how to read blueprints and have done takeoffs.
Have done AIA presentations.

Greener Candidates:
Must have a college degree in architectural, construction management, or similar type of degree.
Must be 1-3 years out of college.
Must know how to read blueprints.
Have some sales experience within the construction/ building materials industry.
Looking for someone who wants to be in a true sales hunter role.
Estimating experience, a plus.
