Salary Range: $25.00 – $33.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits.
Akron Area Manufacturing Company is seeking to hire an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills.
REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience in a machine shop
2+ years of manufacturing experience operating CNC mills
Familiar with G Codes, Fanuc Controls (Macro B is a plus), speeds and feeds for lathes
Properly use and interpret micrometers, bore gages, calipers, and other measuring equipment
Able to understand technical documentation, blueprints, routing instructions…
Understanding lean principals preferred
Edit CNC paths and speeds (CNC programming is a plus)
Able to work 1st shift 6am 4:30pm Monday – Thursday or 7am 3:30pm Monday – Friday
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
