Position Information:
The Continuing Education Program Assistant (CEPA) provides administrative and special assistance for the educational programming and activities of the Nursing Education Department. Responsibilities include: data entry for American Heart Association programming and record keeping, ordering of office supplies and equipment, processing departmental expense records, travel requests and requests for reimbursement, maintaining department budget reports, and supporting continuing education programs provided through Nursing Education.

Experience Requirements:
2 Years Administrative In Healthcare Required – And 1 Year Program Management Preferred

Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required – And Associate’s Degree Preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Maintain Vehicle Operator Insurability Required

Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday, 8:00-4:30pm

Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends
