Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of software development, DevOps, and IT support practices
- Familiarity with one or more Scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems
Responsibilities
- Assist in the documentation of DevOps and support processes, procedures, and best practices
- Refine and maintain dashboards and monitoring systems to ensure uptime and availability of systems
- Collaborate with DevOps and Support teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Help maintain system configuration, software installations, and patches
- Provide 24×7 support for critical systems and services
