Contract – Technical Business Analyst

Qualifications
- Experience using Confluence and Jira.
- Experience with Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery
- Experience with Non-Functional requirements
- Experience with process modelling tools such as Visio.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools and flow-charting tools
- Knowledge and/or vested interest in cloud technologies; experience working with AWS.
- Experience with process build and process flows
- Experience with data transfer tools a plus.
- Experience with Service Now a plus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for discovering, synthesizing, and analysing information from a variety of internal and external sources, including tools, processes, documentation, and stakeholder
- This individual will be a proven change agent that demonstrates the ability to solve complex problems through logical, digestible solutions that deliver key value to our stakeholders
- Source requirements from different teams and product owners
- Document requirements and working with the logging and monitoring team in building the business-related dashboards
- Work with the UI/UX team to design the look and feel of the business dashboards
- Splunk Alerting and Monitoring: Review the current Splunk alerts, document requirements and use cases for these alerts, build out additional Splunk alerts for both new technology and business products.
