South Knoxville company is hiring Customer Service Representatives to start on May 7th.
The position is a long term contract role and the training is Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm for 2 weeks after the training must be available to work Monday- Friday from 10AM-8:30pm.
* Provides high quality customer service.
* Respond to telephone inquires, customer requests and issues.
* Research and resolves problems and errors
* Identifies products and services that meet customers’ needs
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Able to work through multiple databases
* Experience with high volume calls
