In order to qualify for this position you must meet the basic education and/or specialized experience requirements. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level. Example: Specialized Experience is defined as work in the private or public sector performing duties in or related to the work of the position being filled. Examples of specialized experience include leadership experience, experience developing/executing advancement requirements, experience training/mentoring others, and technical ability and knowledge across a variety of information technology or JWAC analytic capabilities. Ability to formulate objectives and priorities, assess risk, and execute plans is required. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the DR-II (GS-13 equivalent) position in the federal service. Other Desired Qualifications (The following will be used to help rate and rank eligible candidates.): Familiarity with information technology, cyber security, operations research analysis, engineering and other JWAC analytic disciplines. Experience designing and implementing innovative programs, processes, and solutions. Experience in professional development of colleagues/employees. Experience with working with contracts, financial/budget planning and execution. Experience in communicating, both orally and in writing, technical methods and approaches and technical and/or resource requirements to leadership, peers and subordinates. Experience in conducting workforce planning and resource allocation to maximize utilization of constrained resources.
