Rate: 60-80/hr

Hybrid, 2 days remote/3 days onsite
This is a DevOps Production Support role. Support, assisting documentation, refinement of dashboards. Some software development. Refine and maintain dashboards and monitoring system. help maintain dashboards and monitoring systems 24/7 support Scripting python bash or powershell/Linux/Windows
We are seeking an Engineer resource to support the DevOps and Support function. The resource will collaborate with our DevOps and Support teams to assist in documentation, refinement of dashboards, and other related activities. The resource should have a basic understanding of software development, DevOps, and IT support practices, as well as an eagerness to learn and grow in these areas.
WORK TO BE PERFORMED:
Assist in the documentation of DevOps and support processes, procedures, and best practices
Refine and maintain dashboards and monitoring systems to ensure uptime and availability of systems
Collaborate with DevOps and Support teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Help maintain system configuration, software installations, and patches
Provide 24×7 support for critical systems and services
REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree
Basic understanding of software development, DevOps, and IT support practices
Familiarity with one or more Scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems
