Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Utilizing the full range of engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical and environmental) to solve problems encountered during construction operations;
2) Reviewing technical engineering specifications, drawings, and statements of work covering designs or changes for constructability and accuracy;
3) Advising others of safety and occupational health principles, practices, procedures and regulations as related to engineering performance requirements; and
4) Monitoring construction projects by performing worksite safety assessments to ensure a safe and timely completion.
