Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities, to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing and reviewing outage requests; 2) Reviewing Facilities Support work plans and specifications for requirements of outages, lay down areas, and closures; 3) Monitoring outages from start to finish; 4) Providing detailed briefings on facilities projects related to utilities outages; and 5) Reviewing and recommending approval/disapproval of utilities outages requests. NOTE: YOUR ANSWER MUST BE FULLY SUPPORTED BY THE EXPERIENCE DESCRIBED IN YOUR RESUME. For Applicants who are current Federal competitive or prior Federal competitive or excepted service employees Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities, to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating and reviewing outage requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; 2) Reviewing work plans and coordinating all aspects of impacts caused by work; 3) Assisting in presenting data/proposals to customers to support scheduled outages or facilities support; 4) Approving/Disapproving, coordinating, and promulgating site/space utilization of Facilities Work Lay down Areas; and 5) Assisting in the development of business care analysis used to plan and coordinate current and future course of actions related to utilities/facilities support.
