GS-11 QUALIFICATIONS: For Internal Applicants (Current Federal): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing engineering reports and correspondence for customers and major claimants; 2) Investigating, identifying, and solving problems concerning the allocation of utilities, meter reading, billing, etc.; 3) Utilizing automated systems and/or databases to provide accurate utilities billing and consumption information to customers; and 4) Ensuring utility invoice ledgers and bills are valid and accurate and compared against meter readings. NOTE: This experience must be fully supported by your resume. For External Applicants (VEOA, 30% DV, VRA, MilSpouse, etc.): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing engineering reports and correspondence for customers and major claimants; 2) Identifying and solving problems concerning the allocation of utilities, meter reading, billing, etc.; and 3) Utilizing automated systems and/or databases to provide accurate utilities billing and consumption information to customers; NOTE: This experience must be fully supported by your resume. GS-9 QUALIFICATIONS: For Internal Applicants (Current Federal): I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Conducting technical reviews of utility-billed usage prior to processing payments to commercial utility companies to ensure contract compliance; 2) Maintaining accurate utilities invoice ledgers; 3) Investigating abnormal use of utilities to determine causes and initiate corrective action; 4) Generating reports from automated systems NOTE: This experience must be fully supported by your resume.
