Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing designs, specifications and cost estimates for a wide range of shore facility projects; 2) Supporting designs for facilities requiring extensive alterations, modifications or repair to extend their useful life to meet demands placed upon shore facilities; 3) Reviewing project plans, specifications and submittals prior to contract award and during execution for technical soundness, compliance with Navy requirements and to determine practicability from a construction management standpoint; and 4) Using computer, Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD), and database type software.
