Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.




• Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate financial trends, performance, and forecasts to management.




• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, analyze financial performance, and identify areas for improvement.




• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.




• Evaluate financial data and metrics to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize financial performance.




• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to support business strategy development.




• Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track financial performance.




• Participate in the budgeting process, providing guidance and support to department heads and managers.




• Stay updated on financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.




• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with a solid understanding of financial analysis and reporting.




• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel.




• Knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations.




• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.




• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.




• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.




• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive working relationships.




• Experience with financial software and ERP systems is desirable.

Salary Range: The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $65,000, dependent on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
