Sheraton Orlando Airport is looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join their team!

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing all F&B operations (Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, Grab & Go, and Banquets) for a boutique style property. The F&B Manager’s responsibilities include: delivering an excellent guest experience, forecasting, planning and managing all F&B orders, hiring, training, scheduling and counseling of all staff members in these departments. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- -Plan and direct the functions of administration of the F&B Outlets to meet the daily needs of operation.
-Responsible for short and long-term planning of all outlets including Restaurant, Bar, and To Go.
-Responsible for the selection, training and development of the team members within the department.
-Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and team satisfaction results.
-Full understanding of team engagement with guests.
-Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment.
-Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives.
-Responsible for maintaining high energy, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
-Develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of restaurant, banquets, bar and in room dining teams to achieve profitable result.
-Participate with the culinary team, in the creation of attractive and merchandising menus designed to attract a predetermined customer market.
-Consult and work closely with the Director of Sales and Group Manager on a weekly basis as well as with other departments as necessary.
