Summary: -Will be carrying out a wide variety of HR processes supporting hundreds of sites across the US. – this is a very data entry heavy role! -Processes will include time and attendance, absence management, appeals and other new and innovative offerings that haven’t even been thought of yet. -The main idea is that these people will be provided back office HR support for Fulfillment Centers all over North America. They will be helping a new site each day so it’s a lot of moving parts. -Will involve a lot of reporting, roster management for sites, time keeping, and more so having solid Excel and computer skills is a must. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Data Analytics: Produce and analyze reports to assist with labor planning and management. Utilize HRIS systems for data entry, modification, and reporting.
