We are seeking a HR Manager to join our client’s team in Albuquerque, NM.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain highly qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and conduct interviews.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with government regulations and promote fairness and equity.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies as needed.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
- Participate in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.
- n-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and training and development.
- Familiarity with government HR policies, procedures, and regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
