HR Manager – Security Clearance Required

We are seeking a HR Manager to join our client’s team in Albuquerque, NM.


This job requires a Security Clearance.



Job Duties:



  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain highly qualified candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and conduct interviews.

  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with government regulations and promote fairness and equity.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies as needed.

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.

  • Participate in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.




Qualifications:



  • n-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and training and development.

  • Familiarity with government HR policies, procedures, and regulations is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities


This job requires a Security Clearance.
