We’re currently hiring for our client, a thriving Global company, and seeking an outgoing Customer Service Associate to join their dynamic team. With over 1,000 B2B customers and 80+ retail outlets, this is your chance to make an impact and grow in the world of e-commerce.
In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer care while supporting various aspects of our client’s E-commerce operations. Working closely with their E-commerce manager, you’ll ensure efficient website operations and deliver top-notch service to their B2C clients. You’ll also contribute to newsletters and SEO initiatives for enhanced online exposure. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in e-commerce and customer service within a global company.
- Minimum BA/BS degree
- 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or relationship management experience
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify or Magento
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Providing timely and polite support via multiple channels to ensure customer satisfaction
- Efficiently addressing customer inquiries, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions
- Handling customer service requirements, such as reshipments and reimbursements
- Providing compassionate service, finding solutions, and recovering lost business
- Analyzing customer feedback to improve service and e-commerce processes
- Ensuring smooth order flows and resolving warehousing bottlenecks
- Documenting and escalating technical website concerns
- Proactively identifying website improvements and preventing complaints
- Supporting SEO initiatives and creating engaging emails
- Monitoring product listings and staying updated on market trends
