Our client is creating a new position for an In-House Service Manager. This important position will be managing day-to-day operations of in-house instrumentation service, and support activities in the Central Region and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The salary range for this position is $80,400 to $91,600 plus bonus. Our client offers full benefits, profit sharing bonuses, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.
Responsibilities:
- Managing an in-house service team, including personnel decisions, performance appraisals, and training requirements
- Monitoring metrics including MTBF, MTTR, revenue/head, profit margins, etc.
- Maintaining policies and procedures according to corporate and industry standards, and ISO17025 requirements
- Reporting of failure trends and product weaknesses
Skills and qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Strong trouble-shooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
- 1 year of management/leadership experience and 3 years of experience in a technical services environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and passport
