One (1) year of work experience which demonstrates Information Technology knowledge and skill to include all of the following::
– Participating in the planning and delivery of a full range of Information Technology customer support services; AND
– Installing, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting hardware and software components; AND
– Presenting formal and informal training and assistance to customers; AND
– Reporting, responding to, and resolving customer requests. This experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position. OR Undergraduate or Graduate Education degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks may be substitute for above experience.
