Required Competencies: Individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:
1. Attention to Detail- This skill is generally demonstrated by assignments where the applicant identifies business needs and aligns technology solutions that meet the business need.2. Customer Service – This skill is generally demonstrated by assignments where the applicant confers with business partners (users of technology) to identify customer experience, customer satisfaction and opportunities for improvement in technology, policy and/or processes.3. Oral Communication –This skill is generally demonstrated by assignments where the applicant collaborates with others to drive, recommendations, changes, decision making or alternative solutions.4. Problem Solving – This skill is generally demonstrated by assignments where the applicant identifies and drives implementation of best alternatives for resolution of issues involving people, processes and/or technology.
In addition to the required competencies:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-V band level or GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include: Applying IT principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices in order to develop and interpret policies, and procedures involved in the planning and delivery of IT services. AND
Leading programs and/or projects related to IT enterprise applications modernization initiatives. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
