Minimum Qualifications: Work experience, education, and/or specialized intensive training sufficient to demonstrate IT knowledge and skill in: Participating In the planning and delivery of a full range of IT customer support services. Installing, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting hardware and software components. Presenting formal and Informal training and assistance to customers. Reporting, responding to, and resolving customer requests. To meet the Highly Preferred you must meet all minimum and highly preferred qualifications. Highly Preferred applicants will be sent to management first. Highly Preferred: One (1) year Family Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) experience AND One (1) year of Information Technology troubleshooting experience AND One (1) year experience with AMPS, VLAN, and POS systems. **You will be rated based solely off of the information provided within your resume.
