You may qualify at the NH-03 level if you meet the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the Federal service NH-02 (GS-11) grade level including experience gained in the private/military sector giving the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position. Experience must be reflected in your resume. Specialized experience required for this position is: -Interpreting and applying Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), laws, and policies -Providing analysis, technical expertise, and recommendations in the acquisition of Information Technology (IT) products and cloud-based services that include compliance with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) -Creating, reviewing, and delivering governance documentation, strategies, roadmaps, charters and standards -Knowledge of the System/Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Software Development Methodology, and the Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) culture is highly desired Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
