Description: This inside sales rep will be calling on pharmacies to sell their medical device products including gloves, scales, calorie counters, bandages, and most over the counter medical supplies. ***No sales experience necessary just need a motivated individual willing to learn.***
$31,000 is the base salary + commission after the training period.
Follow up on inquiries by answering alarms set in our client/prospect database.
Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely matter
Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers profitability profiles
Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns
Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the distribution team
Communicate to the purchasing department unexpected increase or decrease in demand for products
Skills: Sales, customer service, business to business
Additional Skills & Qualifications: Expected to make at least 50-60 calls per day to find new or keep up with prior business
Having inside sales experience or a medical background (studying sales or studied health or science in school)
Need to have desire to learn and basic Microsoft office and Excel experience.
1-2 years of any type of sales experience(inside or outside) is a plus
