Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Reviewing Engineering Change Notices, Engineering Change Proposals and Variances for accuracy and technical integrity when changes are proposed; 2) Identifying and documenting risks and their mitigations that may arise in design/development and/or production; 3) Generating/reviewing statements of work, qualification test plans, monitoring testing, generating white papers, recommending problem resolution, and providing feedback and approval/recommendations for the qualification test reports; and 4) Utilizing knowledge of RF signal chains and signal analysis.
