In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (DP-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Planning, analyzing, and evaluating engineering and technical efforts used to define total range system/subsystem requirements; 2) Translating requirements into advisement and actionable plans; 3) Managing the functional engineering project support and resources for range systems research and development, technical application, specification, acquisition, and implementation; and 4) Demonstrating an advanced knowledge of open-air ranges and previous customer requirements documentation.
