Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience as a Professional Engineer or Computer Scientist equivalent to the DP-04 Pay Band or equivalent GS-Grade Level (GS-12/13) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience includes1) Providing system scientific and/or engineering direction and technical leadership to engineers, technicians, and IT professionals in support of manned and unmanned aviation systems; 2) Implementing and managing the execution of rapid integration projects involving of Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Combat Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems, computer networks, IT systems and related aviation and electronic systems; 3) Leading technical innovation and organizational change to adapt with industry growth in technology; 4) Coordinating with internal and external contacts to develop immediate and future solutions in support of the warfighter; and 5) Directing the planning of resources to accomplish assigned program goals and objectives.
