- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of user issues and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Educate end-users on IT best practices and provide training when necessary.
- Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and patient demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
