IT Specialist (Entarch) (Solutions Architect)

You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized Experience for the GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes a consistent record of technical leadership in integrating, developing, and architecting Application Programming Interface (API) solutions with both on-premises and cloud-based services; and, experience performing work that involves the analysis, design, implementation, documentation, assessment, and management of the software development lifecycle and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) of API solutions to align IT strategies and systems with the goals of the organization. Examples of specialized experience for this position include any of the following: Serving in a technical senior or leadership role (IT solution architect, enterprise architect, technical lead, etc.) responsible for successfully architecting a major IT project. Conducting detailed analysis and modeling of a systems current or planned technical architecture. Conducting and developing technical workshops and meetings with technical and business customers, executive management, and/or partners to drive effective services and implementations. In addition to meeting specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies below: Attention to Detail Customer Service Oral Communication Problem Solving In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
