Position Details: Solutions Architect – Serve as a subject matter expert in Software Development (Agile and Secure Coding), DevSecOps, Software and Systems Integration, and System Engineering (Data Analytics and Automation) with a concentration in Financial Processes. To qualify you must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below based on the grade level required of the position being filled: and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined: (1) Attention to Detail – Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. AND Specialized Experience: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to perform the duties of the position. Specialized Experience is defined as having one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Providing solution, business process, and technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of SAP Finance business area; 2) Conducting research and providing recommendations that support strategic initiatives to include the development of new and enhancement of existing solutions; and 3) Developing solutions for enhancements, upgrades, problem analysis and resolution, SAP configuration and performance tuning for complex system landscape. *Selection will result in a conversion to new appointment under the Direct Hiring Authority; if selection results in a series change, a new 1 year probationary period may be required (applicable to current Federal employees only); the selection of an equivalent graded current Federal employee will result in a Reassignment with no increase to pay. *Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13/NH-03).
