Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Configuration control of simulation systems hardware and software, including establishing and maintaining system baselines; 2) collaborating with other team members to work on varied, complex equipment systems and provide technically sound advice and guidance to managers, supervisors, peers, and sponsors on specific technical aspects of training systems or concept development; 3) lead a small team to develop engineering criteria and analyze technical problems; 4) monitoring and evaluating performance of contractors in the areas of delivery, service, and maintenance support and will conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure safe and proper maintenance practices to prolong the service life of training systems; and 5) developing & maintaining statistical data to track all simulation systems’ utilization and sustainment to include; compile utilization data summaries, monitor the logistics programs, and track training system spares inventories.
