As a laundry attendant at the Lodge at Vail you will expected to do the following

    – Be a leader in the laundry area to assure all guidelines are met and maintained

    – Inform management when inventory falls below acceptable par levels

    – Conduct quarterly inventory counts of all linen, robes, and towels

    – Hold co-workers to our high standards in work ethic and quality of end products

    – Assure the Spa, Cucina and Elways linens are well cared for with minimal waste

    – Sort linens and terry according to guidelines

    – Load/Wash linen according to weight guidelines and pre-set formulas/cycles

    – Fold a variety of linen to meet quality assurance standards

    – Inspect/re-wash/ discard linen on an as necessary basis under supervision and report discard accurately on a monthly basis for inventory control

    – Work efficiently to ensure productivity standards are being maintained throughout work day

    – Sweep and mop laundry room daily as needed and as daily schedule dictates

    – Clean and maintain tools and machinery as necessary and as daily schedule dictates

    – Adhere by safety and sanitization regulations as instructed by OSHAan and maintain tools and machinery as necessary and as daily schedule dictates

    – Assit with housekeeping operations when needed

    – Lifting 25-50 lbs, standing – reaching 2/3 of shift

    – Maintain a positive attitude

    – Highschool Degree Preferred

    – 1+ years in hospitality preferred

The budgeted range starts at 13.25-19.50 . Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
