The Spirit of the Position:
TheLot Attendantwill uphold the company mission statement while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients. This Lot Attendant will greet the public in a manner consistent with the LAZ Way, serving as a representative displaying honesty, integrity, accountability, and teamwork which includes excellent communication skills.This position is in Seattle, Washington.
Part-Time Shift, Friday through Sunday, 2:30pm through 10:30pm
Must be able to work independently. Other than training time, this position will work alone.
Must be able to communicate clearly in English language, and must present friendly, outgoing attitude.
$16.69 per hour
Shift starts immediately.
Ensure all parkers are in the correct parking stall
Communicate politely rules and directions to daily and monthly parkers
Report concerns or needs to Operations Manager and/or Facilities Manager if directly asked or in the case of an emergency.
Be in correct LAZ Parking uniform, on time, and ready to work when scheduled.
Work without supervision and follow directions of supervisors when requests are made.
Keep parking location clean.
Pick up miscellaneous trash.
Inform all people loitering to move off property or call non-emergency number for police support.
Issue citations to violating vehicles.
Report graffiti or vandalism.
Make sure there are no tripping hazards in the lot.

Reliable transportation to and from job site(s) is necessary.
Name tag/badge must be present at all times.
No smoking on site.
No head phones or ear pieces allowed while on shift.
No sitting in car on site.
Standing and walking long periods (95 to 100% of the time)
Lifting and moving parking equipment
