Salary: $32.00 – $37.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits
Principal Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic and combustion malfunctions and operating difficulties.
Determines repair procedures and implements those repairs that will be effective in preventing reoccurrence.
Can navigate and interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software for the purpose of troubleshooting equipment faults.
Can modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots. Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.
Installs, moves, and aligns new and existing equipment.
Sets up and operates various types of machine shop equipment with a moderate degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Performs both gas and electric welding operations.
Skills Required:

Experience Required:
4 years of related experience in Allen Bradley, Hydraulics, Robotics, and Welding.
Maintenance Technician “A level must be proficient at troubleshooting die casting machine cells through the use of PLC’s and electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Education Required:
Must be able to apply principles acquired through technical or vocational subjects (certificates or some college courses)
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years training and have hands-on experience in a machine shop environment with specific experience repairing and maintaining tools and dies.
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
