In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer or scientist providing technical oversight and direction on engineering programs to support the development and analysis of full-scale under water launch testing for evaluation and qualification of launch systems.
