The Hiring Hub is currently searching for (2) Electronic assembler/technician and an inspector for a local client.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to read, comprehend, and create drawings/schematics is essential
- Possess a working knowledge on the safe and correct use various hand-tools and electrical measuring devices
- Capacity to solder electronic components, printed circuit boards, cables, etc. is required
- Must be able to pay close attention to details; spotting defects in parts, equipment, and related drawings is of paramount importance
- Ability to exercise sound judgment when assisting management with system repair processes
- Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with both analog and digital circuit
- Previous experience with various types of power sources (e.g. AC single/three phase, and DC)
- Must be able to work flexible hours/schedules, and work overtime as required to meet departmental deadlines
- Once trained, must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Be able to lift 25 pounds, sit/stand/walk for extended periods on a regular basis
- As this position is technical in nature, the applicant should possess a strong mechanical aptitude, be well-organized with strong communication skills and have a team-centered focus, possessing a friendly, proactive personal style
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience is electronics manufacturing environment
- J Standard 001 – Certification and/or IPC A-610 inspector
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to various clients
