POSITION: Outside Sales

COMPENSATION: Competitive salary + DOE

SUMMARY: The Outside Sales will be a producing manager and will be responsible for selling their own projects to meet their individual quota while recruiting, training, and managing the team they build over time. Major duties include recruiting, targeting, and selling video monitoring sales opportunities, presenting/selling to end users, technical and operational resources to design advanced security systems, coaching and leading their team of sales reps.

Market research to determine program focus vertical markets and target customers
Recruiting the best sales resources to sell Stealth live video monitoring security solutions
Becoming an expert in video monitoring solutions and applications and training their sales resources
Utilizing Needs Satisfaction Selling principles and Strategic Account Management best practices to surpass all sales targets
Managing the revenue and margins for themselves and their sales team
Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations
Selling and designing technical video monitoring security systems
Prioritizing activities and territory management to ensure optimum penetration and profitability of our video monitoring solutions
Developing and maintaining client relationships at senior management levels
Creating strong client relationships with owners and senior executives
Preparing written proposals; delivering oral presentations to customers and other stakeholders
Setting and executing Strategic Account Management Strategy
Providing clear communication to sales support and operations
Providing accurate and timely reports including forecasts and activities
Diligently using, maintaining and updating customer information using CRM
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time including, but not limited to, the monitoring of construction sites.

2 years of experience in IT or technical sales.
Experience selling technical video monitoring and security solutions.
Well organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High level of energy and self-motivation
Combination of office work and working in the field visiting prospects/clients
Must be able to travel.
Occasional customer meetings and networking events in the evening
