Pennrose Management Company is excited to be recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager for multiple different properties within Pennrose’s profile.
The chosen individual will be responsible for marketing and leasing at the assigned property, as well as providing resident services. Develops and implements policies and procedures to effectively manage property under the direction of the Property Manager and Regional Property Manager.
Incumbents must have a High School Diploma/GED & at least two years of experience in multi-family property management.
