Qualifications required: Knowledge of Federal Emergency Management and Continuity laws, directives, and guidance. Ability to interpret and implement guidance regarding risk assessments; Extensive communication skills in writing a variety of documents and oral skills to foster collaborative working relationships with other staff and to work proactively to meet goals and objectives; Experience with using evaluation tools to review and assess plans and guidance; Knowledge of or willingness to learn processes and concepts related to completing resilience assessments of government operations and assets (Knowledge of DHS’s existing resilience program preferred); and Self-driven and motivated.
