Qualifications required: Skills in developing new information materials aimed at enhancing employees’ understanding and use of systems. Extensive communication skills in writing a variety of documents and oral skills to foster collaborative working relationships with other staff and to work proactively to meet goals and objectives. Comprehensive knowledge of database management and various information technology systems and software, to include the Microsoft Office Suite of tools, specifically Excel. Knowledge and experience in various tools and channels for communicating how specific tools address specific needs. Knowledge and experience in database management with a basic understanding of system and data integration. Knowledge and mastery of analytical tools, information systems, and methodologies with expert ability to provide authoritative advice to management throughout the department on incident and situation management notification.
