A local firm is looking to make a strategic hire from a leadership perspective and attempting to identify an emerging architect. The ideal professional will bring his/her knowledge, experience, and leadership to the team and add to the overall culture. If you enjoy work but also leading, managing projects etc., this could be a great career move opportunity as the firm has been growing throughout 2020.
The new addition to the team will position yourself for a leadership role within the firm and for an associate role with potential ownership in the future. The firm is also open to someone who could bring a new business mix to help continue their growth into 2021.
Primary responsibilities would include, but not be limited to… – Design via Revit and/or Autocad
– Mentor/Train Jr. staff and help develop within their role.
– Project management internally & externally.
– Lead projects within the commercial sector (e.g. multi family, mixed use building)
Compensation: Above Market + Annual Bonus Potential
