Description: THIS POSITION IS REMOTE
Must Haves:
– Previous recruiting experience, preferably corporate setting
– Understand and perform full life cycle recruiting
– Work with applicant tracking system
Main job duties:
– Handle application process for open positions within the home office and field offices
– Responsible for posting positions
– Reviewing resumes and applications for positions
– Phone screen and select top candidates to interview with managers in the field
– Provide feedback notes to managers on candidates that are recruited and deliver feedback to candidates throughout the process
– Present offers and pre-employment paperwork to new hires

Additional Skills & Qualifications: Candidates must have:
– Previous recruiting experience, preferably corporate setting
– Understand and perform full life cycle recruiting
– Work with applicant tracking system
– Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel
– Previous positions that emphasized phone skills and communication via phone and email
Experience Level: Intermediate Level
