Regional Manager-Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Under the general supervision of the Senior Regional Director of Operations, the Regional Manager ensures client satisfaction through providing consistent on the job training, follow up/ongoing professional development for new/tenured employees, inventory control, comprehensive compliance and providing unparalleled customer service to property managers.

Salary range for this position is $90, 000- $100,000

Essential Duties:

    -Responsible for maintaining cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with property managers through site visits and responsiveness to questions and concerns

    -Works with building principals, technicians, and other key personnel to complete projects

    -Communicates with properties regarding job details, drives value-added services

    -Partners with Regional Director of Operations to develop ongoing, professional development for tenured/existing associates

    -Manage team of associates and contractors on scope of work performance and completion

    -Quality Assurance Checks; follows quality checklists to identify, process and correct defects discovered at work sites and communicate with management any escalated issues

    -On Boarding new associates; ensure effective onboarding of new hires through required on job training

    -Inventory: master control of all inventory in designated warehouses

    -Project Management; manage adoption, implementation, tracking, and completion of assigned projects

    -Provide coverage for District Managers as needed

    -Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

    -High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or Bachelors preferred. Can be a combination of academics and years experience in related field.

    -Minimum of 5-7 years of related leadership experience, budgeting, and reporting

    -Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.

    -Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with superior interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of audiences.

    -Proven success in managing and developing a team through strong leadership and mentorship and builds collaborative relationships with their team and colleagues.

    -Excellent project management skills — planning, coordination of work, detail orientation, highly organized, and good time-management.

    -Customer service experience and/or strong customer service focus.

    -Basic knowledge of personnel policies including hiring, interviewing and terminating.

    -Ability to make sound business/operations decisions quickly and under pressure.

    -Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.

    -Must be fluent in English/Spanish

Physical Requirements:

    -Ability to operate company vehicle in a manner consistent with local and state rules and regulations and company policy.

    -Ability to frequently walk, stand, climb, lift, carry, stoop, bend, kneel and reach, lift up to 50 lbs.

    -Ability to operate hand and power tools and work in tiring and / or uncomfortable positions as needed.

    -Ability to work inside or out, or on slippery or uneven walking surfaces, and ladders.

    -Ability to be exposed to hot and cold temperatures and cleaning chemicals.

Special Conditions of Employment:

    -Valid driver’s license and good driving record

    -Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
