We are looking for an RN with prior experience in hospice care for a case management role. In this role you will handle a manageable case load in a specific territory. Requirements:
RN License in state of NC or able to obtain.
Bachelors degree
Prior psychiatric or behavioral health experience
Home Health experience a plus
