The Burn/Trauma Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Kendall Regional Medical Center and Burn/Trauma Services. In collaboration with the patient, the patient’s family and other members of the healthcare team, the clinical Burn RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates treatment plans.
- LicensedRegistered Nurse in the state of Florida or Recognized CompactLicensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/notlimited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions).
- ACLS Certification.
- BLS Certification.
- PALS, TNCC, ENPC
- Abilityto communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Additionallanguages preferred.
- Basiccomputer knowledge.
- 1 year experience in Burn nursing required.
- Acute Care experience required.
