This position requires you to live within the Phoenix Metropolitan area, including areas such as Scottsdale, Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Sun City, Anthem and surrounding areas
Our recruitment and training is 100% virtual for your protection and our employees. Upon hire, we will ask you to pick up your equipment from our Phoenix, AZ office. Please closely review the Why You section below to ensure that your temporary work from home environment is compliant.

What You’ll be Doing
As a Sales Representative, you’ve gained the ability to pair your commitment to achieve goals and targets with an amazing client focus. You’ll take inbound/outbound calls from customers to help maximize the utilization of their services. You ll take a problem and turn it into a solution by actively listening to your customer needs and answering questions. Delivering amazing experiences brings a smile to your face and you find it very rewarding.
On a typical day, you’ll
- Accept inbound calls from customers/do outbound calls from warm leads
- Effectively resolve issues or concerns
- Gather information from the customer to make appropriate recommendations for new products and services
- Deliver amazing customer service

- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Competency using MS Windows
- Call center experience preferred
- 6 months of sales experience; retail sales acceptable

- A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise (trust us, you’ll appreciate the quiet) near your router
