The Northern Complex in Wealth Management is looking for a Local Ops Coordinator. This person will report into the Local Ops Manager and will be responsible for the local ops support for the Akron, OH office.
Responsibilities include: Assisting and supporting the Local Ops Manager with general operations support for entire office: such as, assisting with new business escalation/processing, paperclip, helping to escalate issues to Local Ops Manager, assisting with policy implemenation, responsible for mail, reception and FP access.Intermediate problem solving skills
Research and data gathering ability
Analytical skills
Basic negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent proofreading ability
Ability to train and mentor employees
Excellent collaboration skills

Role will be performed in office, with flexibility as needed.
