In addition to the basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Developing and sustaining analytic tools and models to support current and advanced tactical network modeling and simulation; 2) Establishing long range plans and objectives to meet current and future customer requirements; 3) Leading a team and finding ways to improve production or increase the quality of the work directed; 4) Establishing and communicating program objectives to staff to ensure that both new and existing workload of the unit is assigned, understood, and successfully completed.
