SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST

In addition to the basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Working knowledge of systems engineering and project management in support of Air Launched and Surface Launched weapons; 2) Determining organization vision and communicating that vision to a large diverse workforce; 3) Leading and motivating others using technical expertise; 4) Supporting workforce development efforts.
